I tried using a promo code on Coveofbeauty and it did work, so that was nice. The discount just wasn’t as impressive as I thought it would be, especially since some of the offers seemed better before I got to checkout. I still saved a little money though, so I can’t really complain... just wasn’t a huge deal...

I don’t know why, but the ingredient info just feels a bit incomplete to me. I was hoping it would be more clear and easy to understand before using it

I did end up getting my order, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. I was a little hesitant to reach out to customer service because I never really trust them to give a straight answer, so I just waited it out. It arrived eventually, just not as quickly as I’d hoped.

"Works fine, but the packaging made me pause"
I’ll be honest, I mostly paid attention to whether the item looked right and actually worked, and on that side it seems fine. It looks real to me and I haven’t had any issues using it. The only thing that stood out was the packaging, it just felt a little off, so I can’t say I’m 100% sure it’s original. Shipping was okay, nothing special but no major problems either.

"Kinda hard to find what I needed"
I was trying to shop on my phone, but the pages loaded slow and I kept getting a little lost. Checkout was confusing too, like I wasnt totally sure what step I was on. Not the worst, just kinda frustrating tbh.

"Great for my sensitive skin"
I was a little nervous ordering from coveofbeauty.com because my skin can react to so many things. But the products I tried ended up being totally fine for me, with no redness or random bumps after using them. They felt gentle and not too heavy, if that makes sense. Delivery was normal too. I’m happy with everything so far and would probably order again.

"Quality wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered a couple of items, and for some reason I was expecting the quality to be a lot better for the price. One of the products was okay, but the other looked different from the photos and didn’t really hold up for long. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but overall I don’t think I’d order again

I ordered a few beauty items and was a little nervous something might be off, especially with the shades. But after checking everything when it arrived, I was relieved to see it was all exactly what I picked. Nothing was missing, and the products were correct. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but since the order was accurate, I’m happy overall.

"Glad I didn’t end up losing out"
I had a small issue with my order and was a bit worried I’d be stuck dealing with it or end up out of pocket. But they got back to me really quickly and sorted everything without making it a hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

"Confusing experience with no response"
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service a few times about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating because everything seemed fine at first, but now I’m just left guessing over what should’ve been a simple answer. Not sure what’s going on, but the lack of communication really put me off. I probably won’t order from them again.

"Good updates and a easy experience!!!"
I ordered from coveofbeauty.com the whole thing was easy!!! I got an email when my order went through and another one when it shipped, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on!!!
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that one update took a little longer than I expected!!! But when I reached out, they did reply, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was fine and I’d probably order from them again!!!

It smells nice and isn’t overpowering, which I liked. But the texture felt kind of sticky on my skin?! I wasn’t really expecting that, so I’m a bit unsure about it.

"A Few Things I Wanted Weren’t Available"
I like to shop on sites that keep their inventory accurate, so I was a bit let down using Coveofbeauty. I found a few items I was interested in, but when I went to actually buy them, they were out of stock. For me, that’s frustrating because I don’t want to spend time browsing and getting excited about products I can’t order. The site itself is fine, but I’d definitely expect the stock updates to be more reliable.

"Better prices than I expected"
The prices were better than I thought they’d be. Nice. I got what I needed and didn’t run into any random extra charges, which was a relief. Overall, it felt like a fair deal and I’m happy with the value. Would definitely buy again if the prices stay this way.
